By setting up RSS for yourself you can keep up to date automatically with new posts on websites who support RSS such as Friends of Gladesville Library (FOGL).

To set up RSS first download and install an RSS feed reader.
Popular free ones include:

There are many others.

Next go to the RSS logo on the web page of your chosen site, click on it and you should have a pop up windows asking you if you wish to subscribe and also asking you which RSS feed reader you want to use with a drop down list of those on your computer. So simply chose which one and click subscribe - then the feed reader will open and you follow the prompts to include this subscription.
As you play around with it you will discover many other features available to you.
